Shaper Origin is a handheld CNC router. It has the familiar form factor of a traditional router, with the precision of a high-end CNC machine. You steer Origin following the path on-screen, while it makes small “auto corrections” within a 1/2” range, leaving you with perfect results. Cutting a joinery, profiles or patterns, and engraving for signage can all be handled directly on-tool, no programming required. It also works with almost any design software you use.
Designed specifically for woodworkers with an intuitive interface and a familiar hands-on form factor. Origin slots seamlessly into your existing shop and takes up minimal space. We recommend using Origin with at least one of the core accessories - Workstation or Plate.
