OIL MIST COOLING SYSTEM (STANDARD EQUIPMENT)
- The machine employs an oil mist cooling system, providing high efficiency cooling on the
blade. It also removes any chips on blade teeth and enormously extends service life of blade.
- Once the pressure rollers raise, the oil mist splashing stops to save oil consumption and
to keep the machine and wood surface cleaner.

RETURN CONVEYOR
- The roller type return conveyor equipped at the left side of the machine provides convenient repetitive cutting.
BLADE TENSION & TRACKING
- Blade tension is adjusted by means of a handwheel. A tension scale allows the operator to correctly adjust the tension for different kinds of blades.
- Blade tracking is adjusted by turning a handwheel.

AIR LOADED PRESSURE ROLLER
- Limit switches available on the infeed and outfeed pressure rollers for individual elevation
control on each roller.
- A timer is provided for adjusting the time delay for raising motion of the infeed pressure
rollers to properly meet various feed speeds.
- Pressure rollers are easily adjusted in horizontal and vertical directions to suit various
wood thicknesses.
- Maximum pressing thickness is 200 mm.

EASILY ELEVATED PRESSURE ROLLERS
- The infeed and outfeed pressure rollers are easily raised or lowered using a gear device.

SMOOTH RUNNING SAW WHEELS
- The cast iron saw wheels are dynamically balanced for smooth running. Convex wheel face avoids blade slippage.
- The wheel guard is easily lifted up and supported by two nitrogen gas cylinders for convenient blade change.

TILTING FEED CONVEYOR
- The feed conveyor can tilt to a maximum of 30 degrees, front downward for bevel cuts.
- The feed conveyor tilting is made by turning a large handwheel for effortless operation.
- A degree scale is attached to indicate the tilting degree.

FEED CONVEYOR SIDE SUPPORT
- When the feed conveyor is tilted for bevel cutting, a side support is applied for safe and stable cutting operations.

STABLE BLADE GUIDE
- The blade guide is fixed by 4 lock screws for added stability to ensure outstanding straight accuracy of cut.
CONVENIENT CONTROL
- The digital readout assures high accuracy cutting and convenient thickness control.
- Variable feed speed is controlled by a frequency inverter and displayed on the control panel.
- All electric controls are centralized on a control panel for operational convenience.
