This 8" Jointer is designed and engineered for heavy industrial application and accurate production work. This machine
will provide years of trouble free service as any areas subject to wear are completely replaceable. Features include:
a completely enclosed stand encasing the motor, belt, pulleys and electrics; dynamically balanced 3-knife cutter knives,
a 36" (915mm) x 9" (228mm) dual tilt fence with right and left 45o and 90o positive stops and a massive 66"
(1676mm) x 9" (228mm) bed. This machine is especially suitable for use where accuracy, speed, ease of operation and
low, easy maintenance are required.

 SAFETY CUTTER HEAD GUARD
The cutter head safety guard provides full coverage of the cutter head knives before, during and after cutting
operations. It can be easily removed for special operations and maintenance by simply loosening the hand knob.
The guard is made of cast aluminum for improved swing performance.

 DOVETAIL TABLE WAYS
Long wearing, replaceable and adjustable gibs ensure easy table height adjustment- for both the front and rear
tables. A large hand wheel and depth scale provide easy depth of cut adjustments. The out-feed table has a lock
knob to hold positions firmly with a positive stop at zero depth for normal planning and surfacing operations.

 TILTING FENCE
The fence is made of cast iron and has been precision ground to produce a very fine surface. The fence has
positive stops at 90o and 45o right ad left making it possible to perform bevel and chamfering operations.

 KNIFE SETTING GAUGE
Rests on outside diameter of cutter head and requires no other special gauges or instruments. The cutter
head has built in springs so the blades will stay at the proper height when locking them in place. Accurate,
quick and easy adjustments every time.

 CUTTER HEAD
The cutter head is precision machined and dynamically balanced for smooth running during cutting operations. It
is fitted with three H.S.S. knives delivering 13,500 cuts per minute.

 ADJUSTABLE OUTFEED (REAR) TABLE
Allows special stop jointing, stop bevel and chamfering operations that cannot e performed on most fixed
out-feed table jointers. The stand has a built-in chip chute to keep dust and debris away from the motor.
